About Nose Creek Park

Located in the Centre of Airdrie Nose Creek Park is a 40 acre oasis with:

• 3350 meters of paved pathway system for walking, cycling or rollerblading
• playgrounds for your children including a brand new playground as of 2005
• A pond stocked with 500 trout and a fountain spraying mist over the water.
• Skating on the pond is possible in the winter with fire pits to warm up by.,
• Picnic shelter with concession and washrooms
• Wildlife in the park includes muskrat, beaver, deer, rabbit, heron, ducks or various songbirds.
• Home to the Airdrie festival of lights. During this event, thousands of lights illuminate the winter sky celebrating the Christmas season
• Skateboard park open from April to October
